When the laptop closes, I trade pixels for paddle strokes, kayaking Ladybird Lake with Austin’s skyline at my back. I’m the person hunting the city’s best espresso, demanding chess rematches I probably won’t win, and befriending every cat in the room. Creativity doesn’t clock out. It just finds new playgrounds.

Bhanu became our Founding Product Designer at Stressie, where he led customer discovery, behavior analytics, and design of our first product — which pre-launched into the market and became the foundation for our traction. I thank my lucky stars everyday.

He wasn’t just executing on design briefs — he was shaping the product vision, pushing back when something didn’t serve the user, and holding a ridiculously high bar for craft even when timelines were brutal. What struck me most was his ability to hold ambiguity without flinching.
